Ye have an unusual name, Mister *[Clare__x.
Looks akin ta tryin' ta swear in th' comic strips.

A tin whistle is a right good intr'ment ta be totin' onta ship
wi' ya. It carries over th' water, and fits in yer foot locker. Not
good in a fight agin' a couple a belayin' pins, though, 'less ye's
go fer the eyes!

Hehe I like the wee symbols, something I was playing around one day on msn and decided I liked it :lol:

I don't tend to sail a lot - so that's no' too bad then :D I'll just stick to trying to learn the thing!

so, what kind of whistle(s) did you get? where did you buy from? if you own pets or have other family members, how pleased are they with you new interest?

I got a Clarke Original in a D from a music shop in town, I was passing on my way home from uni so I thought I'd wander in :lol: I have a dog...and a mother - neither of them know yet. Well, the dog does, but she doesn't say much - so I dunno if she hates me for it :D
