Besides, it's incumbent on the wood advocate to prove that he/she or I or anyone else will produce better music from a wood vs a plastic or concrete or jade or composite or metal or crystal or bone or ivory or pasta or holographic flute.

Latex or silicone maybe, but not metal. (Doubtful on those, either)

if there's one thing we can prove on this thread it would be that
