Wouldn't it be painful getting chest-hair tangled in the stop-key? Imagine having to then pop the chanter. :cry:

Yes, that reminded me of the similar Corvus Corax, you can also find lots of videos of them at Youtube, though they don't seem to use UP.

In extremo is a german medieval rock band. Is saw them live two years ago.. Most of the time they play their medieval bagpipes but on the new album they use the uilleann pipes in one song.

Saw them live on a festival some days ago. I must admit that I really don't get the point how they kept that set in tune, weather was more than %§%@ and they played open air.

Oh, and I don't find it that bad at all. Not trad, not celtic, but cool somehow. But I won't buy CDs from them.
