I didn't want to.
Just for the record, I did NOT want to be Debbie Harry when she was living her days in a bunny costume :P Although, I always did think those ears and little tails were cute ;)

I had forgotten she was in Hairspray. Loved that hairdo on her

I know...I'm on an Ella kick here, but this one is really awesome. It's not the version I have (where she doesn't know most of the words, and so she ad libs pretty much the whole thing), but it's still funny :)

Those of you on list who know me by sight will probably recognize the strong resemblence between the shoes this violinist wears and the ones I usually wear while playing fiddle

if I wear any at all.

Well, ya gotta start somewhere.

I like that, and love the shoes. One of the finest violin solos I ever heard was played barefoot. Dressed to the nines otherwise, but barefoot and eyes closed- it was magical.

And whether the blood be highland, lowland or no.
And whether the skin be black or white as the snow.
Of kith and of kin we are one, be it right, be it wrong.
As long as our hearts beat true to the lilt of a song.
