Sorry to hear it.

Amazing how big a hole such a small critter can leave in your heart and life, isn't it?

I was making prayer ribbons today for our memory garden, and after one of the other cats reminded me that I had yet to make one for my own best lost friend (by jumping up my back to my shoulder like she used to, ony he weighs at least three times what she did!!! :o ) I was caught off guard by how many little fuzz-wads have been in our lives just since my hubby and I have been together. Needless to say, tears are lapping at the surface of life today.

Your ferret looks so calm and relaxed in your hand in that shot...you 2 must have been close. I'm sorry for your loss.

It 's the only lousy thing about pets.

I'm sorry.

Sorry for your loss, James. The worst thing about pets is the briefness of their journey with us.

Oh, James! I'm sorry to hear of your loss! I remember seeing that very photograph before and thinking how fortunate you two were to have each other.

Sorry for your loss.

It's my opinion - highly regarded (and sometimes not) by me. Peace y'all.

I feel for your loss James. We had a cinamon fella that was the spitting image of your wee one there.

Take heart, he's doing the 'war dance' on the other side.

Folks, thanks for your kind thoughts.

P.S. We are going to keep his ashes. At some point, I'm going to have a little metal plaque engraved with this:
