Hood Canal (in Washington state, USA) isn't a canal. The cartographer just didn't know how to spell "channel". Oh, and it's actually a fjord.

They're bred to be slightly deformed, like the Persian cats and some race horses we talked about a short time ago.

He's not deformed. He's pining, I tell you. Pining for them fjords. Remarkable horse, the Norwegian Fjord Horse. Beautiful plumage.

The white rhinoceros is not actually white. For that matter, white people are not actually white, either. :P

EAT??? Mate, this horse wouldn't eat if you put four millions volts through it. Its bleeding demised! This horse is no more! He has ceased to be! He's expired and gone to meet his maker! He's a stiff! Bereft of life, he rests in peace! If you hadn't nailed him to the pasture he'd be pushing up the daisies! His metabolic processes are now history! He's off the draft! He's kicked the bucket, he's shuffled off his mortal coil, run down the curtain and joined the bleeding choir invisibile!!! THIS IS AN EX-DRAFT HORSE!!! :really:
