I think you would have to contact the individual bands directly. The posters go out as part of a tour. I don't think any of the bands treat their posters as commoditites in themselves. I'm sure if you met up with band members before or after a show they'd be happy to let you have a poster or two.

Write the guys at Ossian.ie in Ireland. I was in the shop (2003) and there was a poster of a session with a piano player, a fiddle player and a crowd around them in a pub. The original B&W picture was mid 60s?? and is quite charming. Its hanging in the music/computer/spare bedroom.

eBay may be useful. I've found some band-specific posters for sale on there before...

Both the Feakle and Kinvarra festival have nice posters which they sell. There's a shop in Kinvarra offering festival poster (Cuckoo Fleadh), you can find it on www.Kinvara.com and order on-line if my recollection is correct.
The latest one:

Feakle usually sells a few during the festival. We played the Feakle festival and found a few hundred in the backroom where we tuned up, I brought a few of the last three years, for a boardmember asking the same question once. I haven't sent them yet though.
All of them are here

And this is the historic one that has my name mangled beyond recognition :

I still have a few dozen 'They'll be Good Yet' posters sitting here, maybe I can flog a few signed ones on E-bay Image

The subject has been raised before, a search may yield some more ideas.
