There's a yoga posture where the breathing is something like that - Lion Posture, I think it is. But it's slightly more than just hunkering down with your hands on your knees.

She's going through all those weird breathing exercises... perhaps someone should have pointed out the bellows over there by the fire place.... that might have prevented this tragedy.

I don't understand how you saw that when I kept getting the lycra-britches woman.

What did I do wrong? I clicked on the link, it said the right title, but then the vid was Lycra Girl.

I have two little player windows. On the left is a black screen with "I-am-bored.com" and a "Play" button; one the right is Lycragirl.

Click the "Play" button on the left.

Or instead, you could spend a few minutes trying to see how much toilet paper you can get to go down in one flush and probably have more fun.
