Looks like what might happen if an overton collided with a copeland. Wonder what they sound like...
There's and old Irish saying that says pretty much anything you want it to.

I was just about to say... well almost the same thing. I was going to say if a Gold Chieftain (material, mouthpiece stlye) collided with a Shaw (conical bore) thats what you'd get.Scott McCallister wrote:Looks like what might happen if an overton collided with a copeland. Looks very professional though

- Tell us something.: I used to be a regular then I took up the bassoon. Bassoons don't have a lot of chiff. Not really, I have always been a drummer, and my C&F years were when I was a little tired of the drums. Now I'm back playing drums. I mist the C&F years, though.

It's a pretty, pretty whistle!
Puts me in mind of the Laughing Whistle my neighbor has. Do wonder what it sounds like.

Oh dear...and I was just complimenting m'self on temporarily quelling my WhOA. Now THIS! What a great looking whistle!
This close to Thanksgiving, I'm THANKFUL that these are not offered in the Low Whistle range! Otherwise, I'd be wrangling with the "accountant."
Have fun, you "High Whistle" people! (Happily goes back to playing his Overton and Copeland Lows...) = =

That was my reaction, too. It also looked a lot like the fabled Star Trek whistle.King Friday wrote:I was just about to say... well almost the same thing. So I am first. I have one. I gave Peter some advice and suggestions based on a previous version of his whistle design and he was kind enough to send me one just this week as a gift. Thank you, Peter!
It is attractive and it plays well, very much like a Mellow Dog, actually. I like the taper. Everything on it is comfortable. A good all-purpose whistle with no issues.
