Just stumbled across this gem, one of my all time favorite Christy Moore songs... for a number of reasons I don't need to go into here... I'll just call it a long forgot history lesson. :D

Talking about about ginger explosions of voice in loud shirts.

Pink, red, orange. What? No Paisley shirts?

And here's the real deal- I think, if memory serves me right, that it's been posted here before, but it's deserving of a second time surely-

I saw it, too, and didn't like it. Thought I would. Didn't find it particularly funny. Didn't really understand what point it was trying to make, if any.

As far as I could tell, the whole movie was leading up to the last two seconds before they cut to the credits. I believe the movie kinda set you up to understand how the tobacco industry had invented an entire spin industry to say how good smoking was for you, and how someone could actually divorce any sense of moral obligation from what they personally believed and what they considered to be "professional success" in working for these spin doctor outfits. But the clincher was to show at the very end how, with the tobacco companies now being sued beyond Pluto, that whole spin industry concept has now been recreated by the cell phone industry.

I have read of this "official" US institute that covers for the cell phone companies. It is entirely staffed by cell phone maunfacturing companies, lobbies for them constantly, produces no research of its own, and is dedicated entirely to rebutting any scientific research whose results say cell phone use is bad for you. Sounded too "conspiracy theory" to me at first, but I am starting to wonder ....

I couldn't get Youtube for quite a while but I'm fixed up now, so if it was posted before I'm glad you posted it again. Sound and close-ups were really spectacular there.

Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
