Left Handed Flautist Freaks Self Out.
I play all my open holed instruments--diatonic flutes, whistles, recorders, quenas, etc, funny-handed. That is, the flute pokes out left if it is side blow, and my left hand is furthest from my mouth.
I thought there would be this HUGE problem converting to proper right-handed holding switching over to a valved concert flute.
But I never gave it a single thought.
And now I realize that I can switch up on the open holed flutes without it bothering me, and I can play right-handed style without any problems.
I always thought I was a natural leftie--maybe I'm ambidextrous.
Anyway, thought I'd share. :p

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps. - Location: Lefse country

Say that's a bit creepy and totally cool at the same time.
Can you do anything else right handed??? Just curious???
