That's incredible, isn't it? My three brothers and I are almost
indistinguishible in our baby pictures.

P.S., Adorable, the pair of 'em!

P.P.S., Did you do some redeye removal, or just eschew the flash
altogether? Or do those huge, blue eyes just make the pupals look
incredibly dialated?

Beauty duplicated. :)

We have photos of eldest DD and youngest DD in the same dress and similar rocking horses ... I have to identify the rocking horse to tell which child is which.

edited to add: They were each about three years old at the time the photos were taken. They have always looked like siblings, but that year or so in their ages was amazing in how nearly identical they looked.

Twins! We had a boy first, then a girl two years later. When our daughter was born, as soon as I saw her head pop out, I was 100% "sure" it was a boy because the face looked identical to her brother's. When the doctor announced she was indeed a girl, I had to peek to double-check. :)

Enjoy, Jessie.

Well, I do have pictures that I didn't (and won't) show. My mom took pictures at both deliveries. There are almost identical shots of each of them coming out of me (head sticking out). It's the same face. The only difference is that she was pinkish and he was blusih (cord around his neck). They got him to be pinkish pretty quickly.

it sure will be fun to see how they are different and how they are the same as they grow up.

Nate and Noah were almost identical at birth, too.
Born 4 years and 3 days apart, both 21", Nate 7lb7oz, Noah 7lb, 14oz (he was 2 weeks overdue).
I have to look at the back of the picture to tell who's who.

By 3 months of age they looked totally different, and by 7 or 8 months (when they started getting hair back) they REALLY look different - Nate has always had dark hair, Noah was blond.

Scary! I'm amazed that your mom had the presence of mind to keep snapping pics...

There are three classes of baby looks --
  • 1. Cherubic
    2. Conehead
    3. Winston Churchill
Be glad you got a couple of 1s.

(And you people who have your babies one at a time are bunch of slackers. All of you. Slackers.)

Well, at least you wont have to endure tasteless milkman jokes....Darn near clones. Hard to tell, but it looks like Joey has shorter ears.
How do you prepare for the end of the world?

Clones of their father, too - and his mother, specifically.

I think that may be the angle of the photo.

He's precious, Jessie :)

I too have a couple that look almost identical. Finbar (who is 3) and Éamon (who is almost 1) are very similar. The kids were looking at pictures of Fin and they all thought it was Éamon.

Anyway, congratulations to all of you! How is Joey liking her little brother so far? If she's not enamoured yet, she will be
