Tell us something.: irish music, specifically slow airs played on different whistle keys, also lower keyed flutes like Bb, but only from modern makers who have managed to get the hole spacing a little closer. And finally learning some fiddle tunes, mainly slow airs again so that the whole family don't go mad with the sound of a cat being strangled.

Oh no.... all these awesome whistles are emerging in a fit of whistle commerce. And me trying to get ready to marry my daughter off. Hey, you don't really need flowers at a wedding, right? That'd cover the O'Riordans..... heh heh heh
Probably in deep pudu...

At exactly what point does the term "pennywhistle" become a misnomer?

Wow!! Just saw this. Good heavens, they are that expensive? I've been on Pat's list since 2002, and just heard that I can expect my concert set in the next month or two. I am SO excited!

Grats on the sucessful auction!
