My father's widow, Judith Freeman, passed away last weekend. I only found out this morning, and I don't know the circumstances. She had been in poor health for a long time, but it still came as a complete surprise.
Judith was one of my best friends in all the world. Please say a prayer, raise a glass, etc. to the memory of a kind and gentle soul.
Best wishes,
Jerry

I'll raise a glass tonight.
Slan,
D.
And many a poor man that has roved,
Loved and thought himself beloved,
From a glad kindness cannot take his eyes.

I'm sorry for your loss, Jerry....and for all us, when a kind and gentle soul takes leave. May she rest in peace.

May her soul soar in the ecstacy of its newfound freedom. May your fond memories be quick to outweigh the pain of loss. May peace be with her, and you.
