I think it's one or two. Jens is definately there and there was another person, but I don't remember his/hers name.PJ wrote:How many people does Andreas Rogge have working with him ?

But it's a quite normal range for a pipemaker in that region. If you look at the webpages of Alban Faust, Bodo Schulz, Michael Hoffmann etc you will see that they have different types in their programme. It's the market in Germany and around ...

Jens and Heike +? Heike Horstmann is a very fine maker in her own right and has been with Andreas making pipes for a good number of years. She made my Boxwood C.I have had this set for a few years now and it has never needed the regs to be fine tuned, quite amazing really, it has played spot on whenever I have used it. A big thankyou to Heike the unsung heroine of pipemaking.(although Andreas makes all the reeds)

- Tell us something.: I am interested in the uilleann pipes and their typical -and broader- use. I have been composing and arranging for the instrument lately. I enjoy unusual harmonic combinations on the pipes. I use the pipes to play music of other cultures.

And a terrific piper as well with some lovely tunes. She fitted me up for my practice set and taught me to play my very first scale. Oh I'm getting all nostalgic now for Tuebingen...Uilliam wrote:Jens and Heike +?
