Hey MacEachain,

Do you need a reddish-brown coloured whistle to play at your local LOL?

Tell us something.: "Tell us something" hits me a bit like someone asking me to tell a joke. I can always think of a hundred of them until someone asks me for one. You know how it is. Right now, I can't think of "something" to tell you. But I have to use at least 100 characters to inform you of that.

Hey MacEachain,
I used to live on the other side of the river (in County Up, that is).
I was on/in (?) a chat room a quare while back where all the chat was from NI folk. The conversation subject was getting heated with lots of little netspeak abbreviations flying back and forth, I had a good giggle at some of them. I know they won't mean much to people outside of the North but here are some of them, can you figure them out?
FTP+TVM, SYFTUYA, SSRUC, BN, BFBOB (this one was used in reference to 'big Ian'), FGAU, SEPCTG, DBVKAT. All very quaint don't you think? Ha-ha, not!.
My own favourite (mainly because I actually say this a lot un-abbreviated) is IMBDBINS. I May Be Daft But I'm Not Stupid!
(I still see 'LOL' and have to take a second glance to make sure it is not meant as the other meaning.)
LOL!

One that i could never get before was YMMV until it was pointed out, meaning your mileage may vary.
