Well, Rocky is a squirrel in the cartoon and Bullwinkle is a moose. So in Walden's picture, Rocky the squirrel has been stalking Harvey the seagull (he is hiding from Harvey on the rock) and Harvey is starting to realize that something seems strange. Rocky is going to eat him. Play like the seagull is a robin. It's a variation on the same theme.Cranberry wrote:Me either. I don't quite get it though.Cynth wrote: Oops. I never actually watched Rocky and Bullwinkle, although the names are familiar. Okay, I get it now!

Well, it's just my opinion, but if the the squirrels ate the bird, the bird was screwed....Cranberry wrote:The website doesn't work.gonzo914 wrote:From www.squirels.org -- "The gray squirrel's diet consists of nuts, seeds and fruit. I doubt that.(Or maybe he was just trying to screw it.)

Sciuridae (from Greek skia "shadow" and oura "tail" i.e. "tail that casts a shadow"). And, listen, these little mofos are more than a little shadowy.

That squirrel isn't hiding . . . he's just sunning himself. He's soaking up the heat from the rock.Cynth wrote:Well, Rocky is a squirrel in the cartoon and Bullwinkle is a moose. And, frankly, from the look on his little face, he's a bit annoyed that his bain de soleil was interrupted.
