Yeah, me too. He was a very tragic character, and Katsulas brought a tremendous amount of dignity to the role.

Yes; I found the character of Londo to be much more tragic. G'Kar (dare I say it) evolved throughout the series to become a much better person (Narn, actually) than when he started. Londo, on the other hand, let his ambitions for himself and his Republic guide his actions, to the detriment of both.
