I'm not self-diagnosing. I'm under the care of a very qualified, very compassionated doctor (for other issues) and I know the dangers of self-diagnosing. I repeat: I'm not self-diagnosing. I was just curious.

I've never been able to take that test. I find it boring and silly, and I can't decide on most of the answers.

Ever notice how these test never say things like "Your personality type is the same as Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, and little Timmy McVeigh."?

I was under the impression that Tim McVeigh was over 6' tall?

INFJ for me, along with wild and crazy Mohandas Gandhi and Eleanor Roosevelt. And if you will permit me an embarrassing revelation, after I did a report on FDR when I was a kid, Eleanor Roosevelt became my idol. I could even do a good imitation of her speaking. What a nerd I was. (Please note the past tense.)

Carol

PS I just noticed that on the second site that describes this personality type, included along with Martin Luther King, Jr. and Mother Theresa is, of course, Tom Selleck.

That's probably why he was so screwed up -- his parents persisted in calling him "Little Timmy." It was "Little Timmy this" and "Little Timmy that" and "Little Timmy, eat your grits," or "Little Timmy, take the dog out of your mouth," or "Little Timmy, get on out to the barn and fetch me up some kind of farm implement to whup your ass with," and one can only listen to things like for so long before one begins to contemplate a certain amount of socially cleansing homicide.

I don't like you at all. You're becoming another Lambchop.
And developing a new-found respect for Lambchop in the process. I do hereby resolve that I will make no more jokes about mint jelly or dining on little lambies, which is just wrong, no matter how succulent they may be.

I think I'll go do a search through Lambchop's posts for the word "Cranberry"; there ought to be some excellent reading there to lighten up the morning.

ENTJ--I used to score a lot more introverted on these kinds of test. I also used to be a lot more shy than I am now ;)
