At last: The Chiff & Fipple Map
I've been hoping something like this would come along, and it has. Our friends over at praisewhistlers found it and Daniel Bingamon pointed it out to me. Add yourself! By the way, when you register, you can put a fake email address if you're not comfortable using your real one.

Put the next door neighbourhoods zip code in and see what happens, should be close enough.Joseph E. Smith wrote:Says I have an invalid zip code... won't add me to the map.
The map and its other features is a cool idea

Dale, I think you may be confused. Are you sure that Wolf Blizter wasn't actually the one who gave you this idea? That would be my guess.DaleWisely wrote:I've been hoping something like this would come along, and it has. Our friends over at praisewhistlers found it and Daniel Bingamon pointed it out to me. There is an awful lot of photos appearing. Who are these people...I only recognise a few of them..though I would recognise that Crysania one should I ever bump into her...very pretty girl

Fie on this map!
It tells me live I in an 'invalid' city.....I must tell the municipal tax collector of that!
So I try 'Ontario'...it wants to put me in California or Ohio.....
So I try just 'Canada'..that is invalid too...obviouly Mr Bush or Charlton Heston has infiltrated this program.
And it asks me to choose between being a 'woman' or a 'whistler"!

I'd love to join in the fun but I've tried three times now and my computer has crashed every time - only C-A-D gets me out of it.

But I love seeing people on the map!
Emm, just go to www.yahoo.com and sign up for an email there. It's free. It's quick and you don't have to provide much information or even give them your real name. (I used Lambchop Ovis.)
For usernames, Lambchop was taken, as was Little.Lamb, so I asked it to make suggestions.
Shockingly, it suggested inconsequent.pushover and . . . of all things! . . . little_butt_lamb.
What is the world coming to!

For the fake email, it wants to see a "@" and at least one "." after it. e.g. bobdotsmithatabcdotnet is no good, but bobdotsmith@abc.net is okay.
My problem is that, if there is more than one person in your city, only one name seems to come up. How do you see everyone for the one city?

I'd rather be atop the foothills than beneath them.
