The first tune is generally called Tomeen O'Dea's.
I didn't have a name for the second but found it in <a href="http://www.norbeck.nu/abc/">Henrik Norbeck's ABC collection</a> (the index by first two bars is dead handy for finding tunes you don't know the name of) with three titles:
The Swallow, Ballyket Courthouse and Micho Russell's Favourite.
The last name isn't much use as an identifier - any number of different tunes are known as Micho Russell's.

Tomeen O Dea and Ballykett Courthouse are both associated with South West Clare, Michael Tubridy played the two together quite a bit, with the Chieftains and for Breandan Breathnach's Irish folk music and dances. A bit af a standard package of reels, if someone plays the first everybody expects to go into the second.
