That's pretty cool. A testament to the skill of the cartographers who mapped the coastlines before space travel.
I'm no longer trying a new posting paradigm

I like the juxtaposition of the sunlit edge of Asia next to the electric glow of Europe.

I like the image of the atmosphere over Asia... doesn't look so thick now does it? That's it between us and the vacuum of space.

Ireland looks pretty dark - you can spot Belfast, Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway easily. I don't know the SE corner, but I'm guessing one of the lights in the NW is Donegal town.
It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that schwing

Kenmare, Co. Kerry is the one in the south west of Ireland showing in the above photograph.

It is hard to say exactly but I think your Donegal town might be Derry.
It's a big enough place to show up at night.
Donegal town would be down a little and more to the left, directly opposite Belfast.

Great pic from Denny once again :)

Alas, leaving Alba for a colder, darker place in midwinter. I will miss it here, that's for certain! But Norway is also beautiful, so I'm trying not to be too sad.
