Uhh -- I'm afraid I don't get it.

All I see (and I *do* know how to see these) is a few lines in the upper left, and an "X" in the lower right. Is there something I'm missing?

Is this some sort of psychology experiment (Not that I'm against that sort of thing)?

Is it a bunch of whistles?

Crossed ones in the bottom right? The lines look about the right thickness...
And whether the blood be highland, lowland or no.
And whether the skin be black or white as the snow.
Of kith and of kin we are one, be it right, be it wrong.
As long as our hearts beat true to the lilt of a song.

OK, now I see that it is whistles. I didn't see the fipple and toneholes before. I was expecting something a little more substantial to capture my focus, but it didn't happen. Now that I know, I can focus on the 'cutouts' in the 'lines', which are obviously the toneholes.

Did you make this yourself??

Yeah, I get it to go "3-D", but can't seem to focus on what the shapes
actually are. And I'm usually pretty good at that. I think it's tougher on
a computer monitor. Maybe I should print it out...

I made a few improvements, after the initial response.

I've always wanted to know how to make these things.
I'm no longer trying a new posting paradigm

Looks like a rug to me! :D Or a crocheted afghan. Or a field of sunflowers.

My eyesight is bad enough already without doing these 3-D things.

the only way I could see these 3D things was to take my glasses off and maybe I would luck out. Now that I've had lasik, there's no way. I lost my "close-up" vision, so I can't do these at ALL.
But I'm 20/15 distance vision!!!! :D

That would not be nearly geeky enough.

I saw "drink Ovaltine" flash by in that.

In Walden's thing I see a human face, a diabolical cow face and some other stuff but nothing 3-D. Certainly not whistles.
