1). I am alive and conscious

2). I am listening to a really pretty Tori Amos CD right now

3). I escaped prison

4). I have food and nourishment

5). I am one of the wealthiest people in the history of the world and I live in the most powerful country the world has ever seen.

6). Puppies exist

7). I finally realised that I can have pet fish here, if I buy pre-bottled water

8 ). I got paid yesterday

9). God is taking care of me, even if it doesn't feel like it, and I know that

10). Music!

I am happy because the sun came up again today. The maple trees are dropping their beautiful red leaves. I stand in the fallen leves in amazement.
