No, even men with boobs can (and do) walk around shirtless. I don't think they should be allowed to, especially since I can't walk around shirtless and anyone from georgia can tell you it gets damn hot here in the summer.

It's funny that most who replied seem not to have wanted to deal with the underlying problem that what we consider everyday use of safe chemicals and drugs are slowly changing the world we live in, including ourselves, as funny as it may be.
