So, Will what is your preferred technique for shark tweaking?

My preferred technique for shark tweaking is to let Denny do it.Denny wrote:Ah! That makes so much more sense...Will O'B wrote:Quarks??? That makes no sense what so ever. I thought I typed "sharks."Denny wrote: Awww Will...ya had to bring up quark tweaking, didn't ya!

Actually, tracks from one of those "kitties" have been seen for the past couple of years all over cornfields in Northeastern Missouri -- a lot of rolling hills, but not too many mountains. Folks think it might have escaped from an exotic animal "farm" where people go to shoot them for "sport."Denny wrote:I prefer the mountains to the shore...

They've confirmed the presence of mountain lions in Iowa too. I think in every county, although that sounds a bit odd. They are generally supposed to be extremely shy. Unfortunately, that does not help me be any the less scared of them. We are supposed to welcome them, and I do in theory. But a place I liked to go and watch birds just for fun once in a while I now feel scared to go alone because one could sneak up on me from behind. It's really silly, I know.

I'd be more concerned about the reports of chupacabra in Iowa lately. I'm surprised you haven't seen it on the news.Cynth wrote:They've confirmed the presence of mountain lions in Iowa too. PS: More a symptom of tread drift than threadjacking, I hope. Seeing as how I'm the one responsible. [again]

I can verify that! We have neighbors who have seen the tracks, a neighbor who was stalked by one while on her horse , and others who have seen it/them.Will O'B wrote:Actually, tracks from one of those "kitties" have been seen for the past couple of years all over cornfields in Northeastern Missouri -- a lot of rolling hills, but not too many mountains.
