At my age and in my condition I doubt whether I could run 88 yards without having a wee half way. :D

There's still time for a result if England plays well enough. I doubt that Australia can win it from here. Even if they make up most of the deficit tomorrow, they still have to bowl England out in time to make the runs they require. It could still be an interesting couple of days.
I should be rooting for England of course but I love to see a bit of grit being shown by a team on the back foot...Brett Lee provided it in the second Test, now it's Shane Warne, and he even looks as if he's enjoying himself. If England can't shift the tail by lunch tomorrow I reckon we're in for a draw.

It's hard for us British types when England are winning, because we usually support the underdog.

Huzzah! Now it's 96-2 :)

Fair play to the Aussies, they're not batting for a draw!

26 overs left. Divide by 3. Take away the number you first thought of.

Warne has gone!! Ball ricochets off Strauss and is taken by Geraint Jones!!

83 runs or 2 wickets with 10 overs left!

I should have gone home 30 minutes ago, but there is NO WAY I'm being parted from my radio now!

Come on Freddy!!!!

WHy the draw? did they run out of time?
And now there was no doubt that the trees were really moving - moving in and out through one another as if in a complicated country dance. ('And I suppose,' thought Lucy, 'when trees dance, it must be a very, very country dance indeed.')

Yep they did.

What an amazing game. This series is producing the most exciting cricket I've seen in decades. Phew. And two more to go.

Maybe the cricketing lads are finally showing that we Brits don't have to go along the "our heroes always lose when the chips are down" path, a la Henman-at-Wimbledon or Radcliffe-at-Athens. What a match again. Damn fine gritty stuff played in a damn fine sporting spirit. Oh rest-of-world, observe how we Commonwealth types can do REAL sport!! :) :) :)
