I'm really sorry to hear this news. I know what it's like to have grandparents that are litterally part of the household and like another set of parents. It's tough to think of them leaving. That's when your faith will be more help than anything else. My prayers are with you and your family.

My Grandmother has died.

She was born and raised in rural Eastern Oklahoma. At the age of thirteen she was a charter member of her church, and the first church secretary. She died a member in good standing.

She is survived by four sons and her husband, their father, as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and one granddaughter.

Walden, let me offer my sincere condolences to you and your family for your loss. Just because something is inevitable, that doesn't mean it's not hard when it happens. You'll continue to be in my thoughts.

I'm sorry to hear it, Walden.
And now there was no doubt that the trees were really moving - moving in and out through one another as if in a complicated country dance. ('And I suppose,' thought Lucy, 'when trees dance, it must be a very, very country dance indeed.')

So sorry to hear this, Walden. May her soul fly free and her soul rejoice in the next adventure. Peace, comfort and strength to you and your family, especially your grandfather.
