Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

Well, I would have liked a likeness of one of those "US Grade A Prime" stamps in that purple ink that you see on roasts tatooed on my butt, but I don't have the build to make it credible. So, it'll have to be a virtual tatoo, I fear.

[hurries in, disheveled] Arrgh. I'm late! As usual. Anyway:

To Nano let us drink a toast
Upon his sextokilopost:
To his quick and classy wit,
To puns that hurt (but just a bit);
To charming self-depreciation
Raise glasses in appreciation;
To fun and frolic, flute and cittern.
Ever gracious; never bittern.

:wink:

Nano, you were in my dream last night. Can't remember exactly what, but I recognized you in a crowd waiting in line for something or other at a service window.

I had a dream once that David Letterman was in line in front of me at the bank, and he turned around and talked to me and was REALLY nice, no snideness, just very friendly. But that doesn't top my dream about Nano and his enlightening post, called Where I Am in My Flute Playing (yeah, I know, I've mentioned it before). It's funny--I can still picture how the flute forum index looked on my screen in my dream, and how eagerly I clicked on that interesting post! I don't remember any exact DETAILS of the post, but I do remember thinking it was most instructive. :)

"Be the flute...be the flute...be the flute..."

Probably something cocktail-Zen-ish like that. :lol:
