Hehehe. :)

"Drunk" is used loosely to include other forms of intoxication, right? :)

Sober and at a very early matinee on Sunday. Imagine being drunk with a 500 kids all drinking sodas, running up and down the aisles and trying to get into the rest room without a line up!

I was going to ask the same thing, Bloo! I saw the original Star Wars approximately 15 times when it first came out (forgive me, I was young[er] and not mentally all there) - and about half of those times I was "drunk" - this thread brought back old memories.

It's amazing how the right kind of mind-altering substance can compensate for a movie's deficiencies. Or so I am told, anyway. I never go to the movies. ;)

"altered in some way" is an acceptable substitute for "drunk." :)

Tell us something.: I used to be a regular then I took up the bassoon. Bassoons don't have a lot of chiff. Not really, I have always been a drummer, and my C&F years were when I was a little tired of the drums. Now I'm back playing drums. I mist the C&F years, though.

I plan on seeing it with my wife. That wasn't on the list.

I could get all poetic and talk about the intoxication of our love, but I've been married 23 years. We're just happy to get popcorn.

When it's on TV in a couple of years, if I'm in and there's nothing else on.

#1 stank of merchandising opportunities so bad I never bothered with #2, but I wish I'd nicked my cousin's original plasticky figures before he chewed all their heads off.

For what it's worth, I'll be scary sober. I'm dry until July. Saving my pennies and lowering tolerance for Irish arts week :D

Of course I'll be sober, as the duty driver, but your poll did inspire me to suppose that it might be more fun a bit tipsy.

I don't expect to see it.

Every time I see "Sith" (what is a sith, anyway?) I think somebody has spelled "5th" wrong.

My husband sells used videos in his used book store, so I'll wait until someone brings it in and maybe watch it then.

I liked the original Star Wars (I still want the car that Luke went to the town in near the beginning!), didn't much care for the next one, and haven't watched the one before this new one all the way through.

And I'm wondering with Cran - what is a "sith"? I know that guy with the devil face in one of the other movies was referred to that way - is it like a Jedi master of the dark side of the force??
