Spring is here. It's time to celebrate
And what is your favorite way of acknowledging this very positive event?
For me, this year it means fun in the sun with a chain saw and a lot of fallen tree limbs. That's followed by sitting in the sun, being really happy I'm sitting in the sun!

I try to spend some time outdoors, meditating... maybe a tarot reading if I'm feeling the need. Normally I do the whole egg-balancing thing with the kids and talk to them about the Equinox, but they're out galavanting with friends today. It's looking to be a rather peaceful day!dwinterfield wrote:And what is your favorite way of acknowledging this very positive event?

It's okay, izz... we had to differ somewhere along the way, otherwise it might get to be creepy or something.izzarina wrote:

My kids and I will be making pysanky today. My father taught me when I was in my teens. Nice to be able to pass it on to my kids. Usually I don't keep any that I make. They are created with someone in mind to give them to. Here are a couple (goose eggs) I did back in 2002 that I still have.
Happy Spring!

Those are gorgeous eggs.
When I was a kid we made decorated eggs and paste eggs.
