Showbiz!

I always knew in my heart that if
I waited long enough and kept practicing
opportunity would knock.

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

As a Minnesotan, let me mention that I'm UTTERLY unfamiliar with the "ojibway [sic] recorder [particularly sic]".

I could show them a thing or two about their concept of "oboe" - but then, I'd have to add a year to my delivery times. I can ship that in 3-6 weeks, oh, plus a year or two....

Its been circus-like enough here - I have 7 more flutes I am trying to ship out in the next 48 hours after shipping out 40 since the beginning of the month. Saturday will be my first day off in weeks!

Happy Solstice Everybody!

Each show has some great aspects, but Saltimbanco has always been my favourite, performance wise.

I'd rather be atop the foothills than beneath them.

Boy am I glad that I'll never see this show--this sounds like a dreadful heap of steaming newage.
And now there was no doubt that the trees were really moving - moving in and out through one another as if in a complicated country dance. ('And I suppose,' thought Lucy, 'when trees dance, it must be a very, very country dance indeed.')

Great! All the more chance I'll have of getting a ticket!... though still negligible... better.

Thanks s1m0n!

I've heard stories about how this company, which is from my city, is treating some of it's musician employees, and knowing what I know I would never want to give them any of my money.
