Tell us something.: I became interested in the beauty and versatility of Irish whistles and music over 20 years ago when I first found the Chiff boards. Yes, I do have WHOA, and I love my whistles. :)

beautiful snowflakes

Post by Cees »

I came across this today and as a fan of children's book illustrations, found some very nice ones in here that I enjoyed looking at....maybe you will, too:

Those were great, Cees! Speaking of snowflakes, my daughter introduced me to this website where you can have some fun creating your own snowflake masterpieces:
http://snowflakes.lookandfeel.com/

It's the small things that take my fancy. ;)

Edited to add one I made:

Hi Cees, Not off topic at all to Colorado and Utah folks! We just got a record six inches of snowflakes here in Clifton of no snow reputation. (at least we thought so when we moved here from up near Aspen)

I like the famous snowflake book by Bentley:

http://snowflakebentley.com/snowflakes.htm

Who'd ever know if you plagarized: no two alike you know!

PS I have gotten in trouble at restaurants making snowflakes from napkins.
And playing drinking straw chanters.

Oh great, Ad... :sniffle:

Another thing to tie up my time on the internet while I'm trying to get things done at work. Seriously though, that's a cool site! Thanks for the link.

YAY!! Bubble wrap!!! I've always wanted to wrap myself up in some and just roll on the floor to pop all the bubbles. :D
Someday, everything is gonna be diff'rent
When I paint my masterpiece.

Try getting out a little bit more...,

So I'm not the only one. I have like 40 square feet of small cell bubble wrap in my closet that I'm saving for a special occasion.
We can dance if we want to
We can leave your friends behind
Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance
Well they're no friends of mine.
