This is idiotic IMHO. If you can't knock one of these together out of a couple of pieces of scrap wood, you're in no shape to be making reeds.

...and your point is? Really, what are we if we can't be savage and bloodthirsty...not to mention highly judgemental?

Did you look at the shooting board? What about the comments were bloodthirsty? Why not comment on a poorly made shooting board which most people could make on their own?

...I believe I am responsible for the word 'bloodthirsty'...but you're right, I might fork over a dollar for either of those shooting boards...but I sure as hell wouldn't start bidding at $5 when I could make many of my own for less!! It's a joke!

People buy stuff from others to avoid ending up with *

*.

I think $4.95 would pass most people's risk/reward test.

Does that include shipping at $4.95? I suppose it might well pass the risk/reward test at that price.

I disagree. I disagree in principle because you inbred monkey turd's seem to have a tendency to instinctively attack any new maker's product's without constructively helping him improve that product. This seller almost certainly isn't making any money on these...the material's cost of red oak, his labor time, any overhead. Why not encourage his involvement?
I also disagree in practicality...because I have serious doubt's whether many of you pointy-headed & cynical lil academic klutzes could operate power equipment without digital self-amputation...so lessee .jpg's of your own shooting block's, in order that we all may judge what constitute's good design & execution.
P.s. - No Apostrophe in "attacks" or "wolves."
Gee... this forum's grammar sure has improved ever since we all elected Murphy as "dictionary pixie"!
