Anyone know of any professional performers that use a clarke whistle on a regular basis?
Enquiring minds want to know

Illuminating the falls, paths, and
The breathtaking Elvish dwelling

Well, no, not that I know of. You know, there are louder whistles and so I'm not sure it makes the best choice for a stage whistle. Is that the point you are working toward?
No, not really. I know that with amplification, any whistle has the potential to be a good performance whistle; I'm just curious if any pro's play them. I guess prefer would probably be a better word.
In the introduction of "The Clarke tin whistle" tutorial book, Bill Ochs mentions that Tommy Makem of the group The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem plays a Clarke.
According to the info sheet included with my Clarke Celtic Tinwhistle, James Galway began with a clarke whistle.....I can't say whether he still plays or not though!
I'll become even more undignified than this!

There's a celtic/rock band called Iona whose Uilleann pipes player (Troy Donockley) and former sax player (can't recall his name) both use Clarke's originals.
The whistler in the Montreal world-jazz band Orioxy plays a Clarke.
When I have some spare time, I'll post about Orioxy. Some neat stuff outside the typical whistle domain. (StevieJ, you don't happen to know them, do you?)
On "The Road From Ballinakill" Mary Rafferty introduces one of the musicians on the CD, Gerry Conroy, as "one of the best whistle players I know". He's shown playing a Clarke original.
