Could it be the Bill Haley-style forehead curl on the gal in the lower right corner?
That's one. The kissing scene is pretty weird (looks like he missed her mouth by a couple of inches). Both of their facial expressions on the center right, when he climbs up to the eagles's nest... All of the faces are just slightly off. Enough to make it look like something from another planet.

What I think is this: Kaanga refused to speak French to Morticia. In her anger, she commanded her gorilla's (which she has put a spell on) to take Kaanga and throw him into the Ravine of Doom, where untold horrors await. But Kaanga, being privy to Morticia's evil plans takes the gorilla and decides to throw him into said ravine. Morticia, obviously impressed by Kaanga's strength as well as his well kept hair, commands Kaanga to put the gorilla down, and then she will let his love and side kick, Camilla, go.

I find L'Uomo Mascherato to be creepy because his momma dresses him funny. Red leotard, green over-panties, orange tights, and ocher gloves. Tacky. Plus his expression is just plain smarmy.

Why, I reckon that'll take care of the "mysterious bag" and tie up that plot line right nicely, ma'am. And judgin' by the look on that big feller's face, not a moment too soon.
Now Judy do I seem like the type of man to be making sly comments on other peoples choice of comic?
I have always been a fan of the Freak Bros coming,as I do, from a part of the world where their easy going, laid back attitude to life is commonplace.
When I was a lot younger, and hairer,I wanted to be Freewheelin' Franklin when I got around to growing up.Nowadays I look more like Fat Freddy alas.

man, cool, 'keep on truckin', that's the kind of stuff we used to say when i still used to live in the states back in the early 70ies, and stuff like 'dig it?'
Yeah, I dig...those days were dy-no-mite! And so were those red polyester pants I used to have... On second thought, never mind, I don't think I miss the 70's all that much.
