For those of you who may not realise it
Ireland, like Jamaica, is in the Atlantic.

Montreal is an island.

But it's on a continent, and so is not incontinent, unless you twist that around to mean in-a-continent... ?

I was born on the island of Montreal. Does that make me sexy, witty and imaginative too?...

1. If you don't know whether you are sexy, witty and imaginative I can't help you.
2. If the island is in a continent, then it is not in an ocean for the purpose of this topic. Montreal would be already covered by the other topic "What continent are YOU from?"

Amigo Ji, the Caribbean Sea is part of the Atlantic just like the Tasman Sea is part of the Pacific and the Bay of bengal is part of the Indian Ocean.
See?

geographically speaking, yes, but when one considers the cultural impact worldwide of even just cuban són (aka salsa) and jamaican reggae it is clear (to me anyway) that el caribe deserves special mention.

Tell us something.: I play whistles. I sell whistles. This seems just a BIT excessive to the cause. A sentence or two is WAY less than 100 characters.

Imitation is the sincerist form of compliment.

Our family is a drifting island. We average a move about once every 1.4 years (although the frequency has SERIOUSLY dropped off to about 4 years now.)
