The toilet paper poll!
There's the overhand setup, the underhand setup, and the sitting on its side on the back of the toilet or the nearby counter method. I hope I didn't miss any.
We can dance if we want to
We can leave your friends behind
Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance
Well they're no friends of mine.

not true, not true, my quick tugs are always perfect. i never unravel the roll by tugging.Walden wrote:My mother always thought the paper should unroll from the back (assuming one isn't using the Montgomery Ward catalogue, or the like), the rationale being that, if facing that way, a quick tug will tear off the paper, rather than unraveling the roll.

I'm generally a flap forward kinda guy, although we once had a cat who liked to play with the toilet paper roll. He must have thought it was a treadmill or something-- with the free end forward he'd unroll the whole thing onto the floor, so until he got over that little trick, we had to do it the other way.
