Clips and Snips

I have just tried to go on to clips and snips but a pop up window keeps appearing asking me for my user name and password...is this happening to anyone else....it's never happened to me before.

Maybe he restored files from backup, or moved files to a different disk, or installed a new security patch from Microsoft... Windows is funny, it doesn't look like it has file access permissions, but it does. It shouldn't be too hard to fix.
