Tell us something.: I play whistles. I sell whistles. This seems just a BIT excessive to the cause. A sentence or two is WAY less than 100 characters.

I think somebody should dive right in. Just think this could be a collectors item someday. I would do it myself but I turned down an Overton yesterday that I got to try first. It was a beautiful sounding whistle but I don't think I am ready for a low D. :)

I know, post the email address and we can all ask for a tour to be started. This would be a good and reasonable way to get the exposure he would need for "his" whistle. Win-Win for all involved.

I'm sure he'll send me four of five for review. He and I are tight.

You do like these tours don't ya?

How about this: you raise a fund, each member chipping in, say $20, to the "D. Spillover Investments Inc."
When you get your 200 euros + P&H raised, put in on a tour.
Each member keeps it one week, and sends it further.

What if one member wants to keep it? he pays back the price of the whistle (minus his chip) and the society can buy an other one, start a new tour.

If the last one in tour doesn't like the whistle, you put it on eBay...

Here we go again...and were they not supposed to be Overton lookalikes?

Never mind, the price has dropped.

Great one Zub, count me in!

And from the earnings of the Ebay sale, we’ll make a re-investment and buy a ... to pass around. In about twenty years we will have tried every whistle worth a toot. :D

Then we can start on flutes, pipes and ...
I will probably pass away before we do bodhrans but what the heck.

My, my, my such negative attitudes. Goodness gracious.

I look at it this way, if no one asks, then how could there even be a "NO WAY" :x given? Of course, there could not be a "YOU BET!" :D either.

Never mind.

Like maybe in about three months' time? That tour/ebay strategy could be a worthwhile financial venture!
