My wife and I will be moving to the Little Rock area for my new job; I was wondering if there are any C&F folks there? If so we'd love to meet you.

Congratulations on the new job! Being in KC, I'm no help for LR based chiffers.

So, if you don't mind sharing, you going to be doing something similar to before or are you off in a new direction work-wise?

I'll be starting a week from Monday. We are scrambling to find a place and get moved now--Shannon broke her wrist early this week but is hanging in there. She's a tough lady.

I am still in I.T.; my new job title is Systems Engineer and it involves Linux / UNIX administration.

Well, no...but we did manage to get a lively little weekly session going in Texarkana, which is even worse...so who knows?

I have read that there is already at least one established session going there. Also there is an active filk community there; we already know some of those folks from interactions online.

And there are mountains. Having grown up in the flats, I love the moutains!

My thanks to all for the kind thoughts, prayers, and words of encouragement during the last 2 months. They helped; or, more precisely, perhaps, you helped.
