Slower IS better.

And, as by magic, the board is accessible again after yesterday blackout.

PS: I self-willingly changed my avatar. No complaint, just there was something one might see as phallic in my Faltese Malcon shadow. The new one is safer--though animated.

I have tried to upload and avatar or a picture or almost anything, at least a dozen times, and I always get "avatar cannot exceed 20kg's", or something.

How can I upload a picture as an avatar from my harddrive?
