Inspiration may be a form of superconsciousness, or perhaps of subconsciousness - I wouldn't know. But I am sure it is the antithesis of self- consciousness.

I have many sites I visit when the mood strikes, but not many I visit each and every time I'm online. First thing I do is see how everything is on Chiff board(in case there's trouble and I need to don my superhero costume). The second site I go to is this board . . .

http://p067.ezboard.com/bacousticguitartalktalktalk

It's my bizzaro world. Everything is off topic, and that's the way they like it.

I mostly lurk and never registered. It used to be with the Acoustic Guitar forums, where I am listed, but I never listed with the new site.

www.lileks.com
(he can be very entertaining)
www.beliefnet.com
(I take the belief-o-matic quiz periodically to check whether it still tells me I'm a pagan rather than a Presbyterian.)
www.dictionary.com
(I'm a certified lingo-geek)
www.smcm.edu
(St. Mary's College of Maryland--trying to get a good feel for the place my kid's going in the Fall.)
http://web.aacpl.lib.md.us
(so I don't have to waste my time if they don't have the book anyway)
www.amazon.com
(I do it too much, and it's too easy.)
