The sound is a bit furry, though, and they really play like a dog.

For most tunes, they're a real bitch, but they work pretty well on the Foxhunter' Jig.

I saw one of these once in a flea market. I should have let it follow me home, but i already had a Feadog.

One other caution: these whistles produce a lot of slobber. You make a friend of one of these, though, and you've got a friend for life. ;)
