thats a bit steep for a half set,even if it is daves stuff i had a full set in c on ebay a few weeks ago they didnt go what i wanted for them but i will put them on again with more pics and an mp3 on a web site so people can hear them and see them from all angles in few weeks

As its a ragtag and bobtail hybrid set I would say dream on old boy...your wife will have to forgo her dreams of a caravan and settle for a tent :boggle:

I had noticed that set too and was amazed at the asking price. And I personnaly don't tend to like the look of the pipe where the drone are made of a totally different wood from the chanter, as well as the fact that there are several makers involved.

Regardless of who made this set, Tony, if it's got a AB reed in it, it'll play quite nicely!!
