I'm glad you're home! Try and take it easy for a while. I guess Dan has 2 babies to take care of for awhile! :)

Dan went back to work yesterday. He picked me up at the hospital last night. My mom has been here taking care of the baby. She's still here, but I think I'll send her home today or tomorrow.

It is better to pee blood in one's own toilet than a hospital toilet.

Glad you're back home, Jessie. Am I losing it or did I post to another shorter duplicate titled thread yesterday that is now gone? It seems I've either been losing some things including disappearing e-mails or losing something else...oh well...great news that you're ok... :) :) :)

Best,

PhilO

Glad you're home, Jessie. Home is always the best place to heal.

Home is where the heart is you know. (keep your mom around as long as she'll stay, from someone who's been there on both sides- mom/granny)

Nah...I sent her home after I heard her burping the baby, saying "Are you going to burp for Mommy?" I AM MOMMY!!!

See? See? Life is so age-ist! Oh it's all fine and dandy when yer young, oh yes. "C'mon, burp for momma!", and everyone goes "aaaah!" when you do. But now? Burp on a young woman's shoulder after dinner and it's a smack in the mouth and fat chance of kissy-kissy on the doorstep for you mate, nosirreebob!

Now, now, dearie... ... settle, calm... and don't get your knickers in a bunch... she *may* have just been asking the little dear to do the exploding air pocket for *you* while she was in *her* arms... plausible, you know.... 'though admittedly, I don't know your mum... it's what I'd have meant.

Well, I sent her home because I felt better and really want to do some parenting. There were no hard feelings.

Tell us something.: You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free
