oh dear.........thats no good news jess......but luckily normally it takes antibiotics to start about 24 hours to kick on (start working).
aren't you allowed to bring the baby to hospital when you mention you do breastfeed? sorry to hear that.

On the other hand, I'd be wary of it for treating infection, as it's pretty high in carbohydrates relative to its alcohol content, and carbs can FEED an infection.
