you're kidding. I looked at it well before my evening pinot noir, and could only make parts of it stop moving by staring at them intently.
Chuck, you must just have the sort of no-nonsense brain/eye connection that sees things as they really are.
I don't know about that.
He didn't see the F# in the staff notation!

BTW Chuck,
It moved a little for me and then stopped.
Hardly a swirl.
I might need therapy.

Never one to give up easily, I tried again. By staring INTENTLY at it - as the center started to blur it *seemed* like I maybe saw a bit of edge-creep at the corners. OTOH, maybe I just wanted to see something happen.

I might need to work on my selfishness.
Apparently I am lacking therein.
I have been told that narcissism is no substitute
for well functioning self interest.

Can you dig it man? Like wow! Far out. Groovy. OUTTA SIGHT.

Hmm, hey those things are squirming around man! Hey Chuck, you don't like, like have an unusual number of eyes like three or more, do you? If you do, maybe they somehow balance out the illusion that us two eyers get.

The more that I stare at your avatar, the more that I see. It shimmers and changes size and shape. Cool.

Cool... Relax... Keep staring... I want you to completely relax and listen to my voice... You're feeling drowsy, now... When you wake up on Monday morning, as usual, you want to rush to the post office with that new silver whistle...

Chuck, you aren't color blind, by any chance? I don't think it works if you can't see the green/blue difference.

Nope not as far as I can tell - I never have any trouble with those dot-test cards they use. FWIW, I could never make out the hidden picture in those illusion pictures that were all the rage a few years back, either. Probably too much of a rigid world-vision, I suspect.
