Don't need no stinking vaccine, got apricot brandy here in the cold of Northern suburbs of Minneapolis! Just gotta sit on your front porch and yell, "get offin ma land" to anyone who pulls into your driveway until spring.

I haven't gotten so much as a cold in nearly 2 years, and I eat lots of vegerbles. I'm not worried.

The hell with the veggies, keep your shotgun loaded and keep them "offen yer land". Dammed sick folk will cough all over your kin and get everone sick. Us folks in the,"great white north" know how to to deal with them sick folks. Just blow em away in the end of your driveway before they get out out their cars!!

Yeah, I got one. First time in many, many years. In fact, the last time I had a flu shot was when I was in the military and they were mandatory. I got the shot because my cardiologist recommended it because I can't take over-the-counter stuff for flu symptoms. Then, after I take the stupid shot they tell us it's not very effective against the most dangerous strain that's going around this year anyway.

I have my Vitamin C, Echinacea/Goldenseal, and Oscillococcinum... I don't need a silly vaccine that doesn't work anyway.

I've never had a 'flu shot before, and only had the flu 2-3 times in 42 years. But I now have pneumonia, presumably brought on by the 'flu. I'm never not getting a shot again.

I have had a flu shot for the last three years.

I have not missed a day of work due to illness for the last four years.

This year it is worth $400 bonus to me.

Yup, got my flu shot again this year. Wash my hands aplenty too. No shotgun for intruders though.

I get one every year at work. Some years they do the job, some they don't, but it's worth it anyways. I can't afford to be sick and take care of the family too!

That of course is the nickname for Canada.
Last I checked Minnesota hadn't become one of our new provinces/territories.

Anyway, yesterday was fun. Snow everywhere, and for a wonderful 8 km there was even blizzard conditions. Later on, it even got bad where I live, instead of just the highway.
