A spokesman for Pluiméireacht Ceolmhar Teo. said today that CEO Roger O’Keeffe would be celebrating

his thousandth Chiff and Fipple post quietly among friends this evening at his weekly trad. workshop in the Irish Club of Belgium.

As a mark of his esteem for the Undisputed and (Almost

) Infinitely Patient King of Internet Whistle Journalism, he plans to refrain from contributing to any of the inflammatory discussions of the last few days.

Roger, congratulations! You are one who truly contributes. I don't quite remember what you contribute at the moment, but they were, um... true contributions, for sure. In fact, you could never have posted all you did without them, I daresay. Congrats!
